Purchasing:•Able to perform all MRO, Planner and Purchasing Duties for both MRO Stores and Facility Stores•Ensure orders are placed in a timely manner to maintain inventory and uninterrupted facility operations•Follow through with a purchase to ensure parts are received according to order and documented within the system for both reconciliation and payment•Coordinate with Vendor Managed and Consignment suppliersPreventative Maintenance Management/ Equipment Calibration and Scheduling:•Maintain data within the Preventative Maintenance and Work Order systems•Serve as a liaison between maintenance and production to schedule required preventative maintenance•Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports to track items such as PM completion, work order completion, energy usage and other reports as deemed necessary Financial Tracking:•Sustain continuous tracking of MRO and Stores spending and provide data to the Maintenance Manager•Maintain updated Vendor/ Contractor cost tracking and reconciliation

• Receives and unpacks incoming orders, checking against items listed on requisitions,invoices or other order forms• Picks up, stores and delivers supplies and/or materials• Assembles, adjusts and/or repairs articles carried in stock• Counts, weighs and/or marks articles with identifying codes, figures or letters asrequired• Inventories stock on hand and requests supplies as needed• Fills orders or issues supplies upon proper authorization• Provides information and recommendations on stock items and billing to otherdepartments• Communicates with vendors, both verbally and in writing, on matters relating tosupplies• Receives hazardous chemicals and delivers them to users in original containers• Packages materials for shipping• Maintains records and prepares necessary reports• Performs routine custodial or maintenance duties

• Safely perform various skilled mechanic duties for installation, troubleshooting & repair of mechanical equipment• Work using several kinds of hand, power and machine tools for different tasks• Carry out repairs & maintenance accurately interpreting equipment manuals(Preventive & Regular both)• Maintain rotating equipment and related mechanical systems like, blowers, pumps, valves etc.• Plan and execute maintenance activities with complete follow-up documentation

• Exceptionally well-versed in measuring and feeding batches of raw materials into production machines by following set production procedures• Demonstrated expertise in operating production line equipment such as conveyor belts in accordance to predefined safety and operational rules• Deep insight into monitoring production processes closely and carrying out basic quality checks• Qualified to operate lifting equipment such as forklifts to maneuver materials to and from the production area• Special talent for ensuring end product conformance to specified industry standards• Proficient in effectively determining damaged end products and isolating them before the beginning of the packaging process• Competent in scraping waste from production machineries and ensuring that appropriate waste disposal activities are performed• Skilled in reading and interpreting gauges and adjusting them to meet the specific needs of each production cycle• Effectively able to inspect end products to ensure that they meet quality and quantity standards detailed in the work order• Well-versed with the structure and function of production equipment, with special focus on identifying possible maintenance issues on all assigned machinery

•Ensure top quality service provision via consistent supervision of team members•Oversee activities in the kitchen to ensure top quality foods are prepared•Schedule, train, and hire personnel for food service•Oversee complete cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet•Listen to clients in the event they have one complaint or the other regarding quality of service delivery•Resolve quickly any complaint or issue related to food quality•Ensure there is adequate stock of supplies and also consistently maintain inventory•Manage cash registers professionally•Welcome customers and also provide them with the menu•Carry every member of staff along and get them adequately informed on important issues as and when due•Pack orders by the client and get such delivered as requested•Prepare foods specifically requested by clients•Make information available to customers regarding new items and up-sells
