Managed a 24 hour aday seven day a week maintenance operation that consisted of 6 various maintenance operations including track vehicle, wheel vehicle, engineer equipment, hydraulic repair, component rebuild, parts warehouse, paint and body shop. Responsible for five hundred employees of various nationalities and skill levels.

Started in the ARMY in June 1975 as a Mechanic / Recovery Operator. Stayed in promoted to Sargeant First Class in January 1985 and appointed as a WO1 in May 1989, retired in November of 2004. Spent career in Maintenance running various operations from Company size (10 Person Team) to Battalion size (60 Person Team) spent 11 of my 29 and 1/2 years deployed.
