Current• Act as business owner for GRIP• Develop and define GRIP product, commercial and content strategy • Working with key teams deliver on GRIP product strategy• Communicate product vision and strategy to all stakeholders• Continue to innovate in the product area including originating new products and features and leveraging new technologies (eg AI) • Execute on GRIP commercial strategy• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams• Execute on GRIP content strategy, setting the corresponding editorial agenda• Inspire and guide the GRIP content team to create and build market-leading content in compelling formats• Lead all content design efforts to ensure GRIP content suitability for a discerning professional audience• Create content to fill any gaps in GRIP coverage and act as compliance / regulatory affairs subject matter expert as needed• Supervise the sourcing and management of external contributors• Own and manage GRIP global team including planning for and implementation of any team expansion• Develop and optimise all GRIP processes and workflows
