During the summers of 2018 and 2019, I was employed full-time at Tech Trading, a wholesale distributor of printer and copier parts. As a Customer Service Representative, I was responsible for resolving approximately 15-20 internal and external customer inquiries and processing 25-30 digital sales orders on a daily basis.
