Also, worked as a Team Lead for an e-Governance project called e-Office which was initiated and implemented by NATIONAL INFORMATICS CENTRE [NIC]. The aim of this project is to digitize our government offices and make them more user-friendly and more efficient in the process also provides us with the solutions for using less paper and hence less cutting down of trees. My Role in this project was to develop business architecture using requirements such as scope processes, alternatives and risks and analyze client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops and workflow analysis and communicate client business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models and evaluate risk related to requirement implementation, testing process, project communications and training.
