Mr. Hall is a senior member of the firm of Fabiani Cohen & Hall, LLP, a 42 lawyer construction litigation firm with its principal office in New York City and a satellite office in Connecticut. The firm specializes in the representation of owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and municipal entities in connection with the defense of property damage and bodily injury cases, insurance coverage disputes and contractual claims.Tom obtained his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and is a cum laude graduate of New York Law School. He is actively involved in the firm’s general practice and is one of its principal trial lawyers. His practice areas include construction accidents and defects, insurance coverage, products liability, sports law, commercial litigation, liens and real estate. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics related to the firm’s practice including the New York State Labor Law, wrongful death actions in New York, civil practice in the New York State Court of Claims, contractual indemnity and risk transfer, defending economic damages, the effective use of experts, and the essentials of post-accident investigations.Mr. Hall is an associate member of the General Contractors Association and a member of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, New York State Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association. He is certified in OSHA Construction, Safety & Health; was a Certified Contract Advisor for the National Football League Players Association from 2003 to 2006; and has been recognized as a New York Super Lawyer from 2010 to 2022.
