Research vendors, current catalogues, and online sources to determine the most competitive pricing for parts and equipmentTracks a monthly budget forty-five thousand dollar and manages five Purchase Cards Reconciles accounts gathers and reviews procurement card purchase receiptsReconciles monthly totals; assigns transactions to appropriate account; contacts vendors regarding discrepancies and errors; and submits documentation to FinanceProvides status of equipment, maintenance actions in progress, and location of equipment as required or requestedResponsible for data input of work order information, status changes, supply updates, and other pertinent informationMakes on-the-spot adjustments to repair priorities necessitated by unscheduled maintenance requirementsEnsures that maintenance and repair parts accounts are funded, budgeted, and executed to maximize preparednessMaintains accurate records of procurement activities and inventory; reviews all invoices for accuracy; investigates and resolves any discrepancies; and retains or purges records according to records retention rules and guidelinesMaintains stock locator system and administers document control proceduresCorrects, reviews, and verifies quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documentsPrepares reports related to work activities: enters data into databases and software systems; runs and verifies accuracy of reports; and submits reports to appropriate personnelPerforms the duties of other department personnel as neededProvide exceptional customer assistance, problem-solving, and/or complaints by all forms of communicationEstablishes and maintains stock records; other documents, inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports; keeps and updates automated/manual accounting recordsOperates material handling equipment
