Architect of a few new products within the Compuware Application Performance Monitoring (APM) suite: SNMP monitoring, Vantage Enterprise Alert, and Netflow monitoring.Architect of several major components of Server monitoring (ServerVantage), VantageView, BSM, and Real User Monitoring. Architect and lead developer of Vantage notification integration with products such as HP Openview, Tivoli Enterprise Console, Remedy ARS, and Changepoint.Member of a number of task forces that provided recommendations for modernizing the product suite.Member of the senior technology team, which developed a common framework used in several Compuware product suites. Designed and developed many monitoring modules of Server Monitor ( previously named ServerVantage), including Active Directory, Windows logs, Citrix XenApp, and terminal server.Made several major architectural changes to improve the scalability and performance of infrastructure and Database access of Server Monitor.Made scalability and performance improvements to WMI monitoring capability. Worked on the monitoring of several technologies such as VMWare, Windows Cluster, Oracle Forms, and Oracle EBS suite.Extensive data collection and data analytics experience with real-time and historical network and server data for performance analysis, predictive analytics, and taking corrective actions.Since monitoring involved developing and using server services and applications in all major operating systems, projects required highly skilled expertise in several development tools and programming languages.

Software consultant for clients, Central transport, and Resources. Designed and developed several custom business applications and EDI Applications on windows and UNIX using visual c++, visual basic, c, c++, java, and Gentran.

Joined as a management team member and completed training in various divisions of HPCL in Chennai, Kochi, and HPCL's management institute in Nigdi, Pune. After training, I led the maintenance group of an LPG bottling plant in Palghat, Kerala. In addition, I managed plant operations. Designed and led several plant enhancement and modernizing projects to increase productivity and improve Quality. Did budget planning. Worked in several locations and departments of HPCL on deputation.
