As Co-Owner and CTO of AraTech Research my role is mainly concerned with the day to day operation of the website and digital marketing system we use to promote our body armor lines.

As CTO of Rugged Textiles I architect, deploy and maintain all corporate technology. From the website to the phones, I handle everything tech. Plus, I constantly get to try cutting edge high speed kit!

Telos Alpha is my way of working with and in the industry I love.The firearms industry has been marginalized, ostracized, and browbeaten for its morals, beliefs and general existence. In terms of credit and merchant processing risk, we are lumped in with the pornography industry, and health food supplements. Just getting a bank to take your money can be a challenge, particularly in Canada.We are prevented from advertising on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, AdWords and a variety of others. We are blocked unfairly at every turn, and often discriminated against in criminal fashion.Telos Alpha means, quite literally, Mission One. That single goal that we are all working towards. Running a profitable business so we and our employees can prosper. Our motto is "One Mission. Ascendancy." Blackthorne Media is a small but powerful media production house. We are agile and keep our footprint small in order to save costs and speed up the creative process. Our mission is to create the best instructional and marketing videos, and photography possible for our clients, at the best prices, while keeping their vision and message intact.We work exclusively in the "martial " verticle. Firearms manufacturers, parts manufacturers, knife designers, knife makers, martial arts instructors, and firearms training companies comprise what we call the "Martial Verticle"Shooting on DSLR and lightweight cutting edge sensor cameras like the Sony DSCHX9V, and high-end prosumer cameras like the Sony FS700, as well as aerial platforms like the DJI Phantom 3 and DJI Ronin M, we work in many environments from live fire training centers and firearms ranges, to studio sets and on location. We also offer complete digital workstation post facilities utilizing Apple Mac and Dell Precision Workstations as well as the Adobe Suite of Applications and a fully backed up, managed and cloud-based IT infrastructure with offsite backups through Crashplan and studio storage by Stardom Storage Solutions.We have worked all over the world, including St.Lucia and the Caribbean, United Kingdom, USA and Canada. We have staff photographers in Canada, the UK and operating while on tour in the Middle East and South East Asia.We also create and manage E-Commerce websites and solutions on WordPress and Magento application platforms, and Saas (Software as a Service) platforms like Volusion, Shopify, and EcWID.We have worked for a number of World Class clients, including:Tested Best Products Inc, North Eastern Arms, S&J HARDWARE, Many To One PTSD Foundation, Stillwater Learning Management Systems, Combative Edge Inc, WGT Consulting, Combative Edge Training Center, Muzzle Front LLC and the Center for Emergency Response and Public Safety

On-Boarding and managing Lotus Notes and Exchange systems as new clients were brought into the Capgemini roster. Architecting new environments for upgrades and intercompany data transfer and managing day to day operations. · Overall Administration of Domino environments for 7 client companies. Architect secure communications server solutions using Exchange and Entrust.· Exchange Administration support for 60+ server OPG environment.· Recommended strategic direction for improved system efficiencies on a continuous basis.· Trained team members on critical Domino infrastructure activities.· Worked with multiple teams/lines of business to build infrastructure and hand off to India Sustainment Team.· Guided and directed GM India Sustainment Team during build out and handover.· Installed and configured Domino R5 and R6 servers on Windows and Red Hat Linux.· Configured and maintained Domino systems within Power Workers Union and Society.· Co-ordinated with several other groups, including Server, LAN, WAN and Remote Access groups to facilitate connectivity for various North American clients.· Provided second and third level support for Domino and Email Remote Access issues for all clients.· Provided second and third level support for Email Remote Access issues for all clients.· Provided second and third level support for Microsoft SQL Servers for all clients.· Maintained documentation and standards for all systems.

Network Administrator reporting to CIO and CEO. Built secure underground network for man track and security monitoring down to 7000 feet.· Evaluated Enterprise Resource Planning packages (JD Edwards).· Consulted with management and CITO to re-cable entire space from CAT3 to CAT5E, 2 data & 1 phone drop to each workstation.· Installed and configured Domino 2.0 Sametime Server. 1 Head Office 3 Remote Mine Sites.· Planned and developed projects that leverage Domino system for workflow and data ownership.· Developed standard corporate image for three models of Dell Desktops.· Rolled out of standard Dell desktop hardware and all peripherals (i.e. printers and scanners).· Installed and configured of AccPac accounting package over Citrix, Hardware redundant Cisco switching systems, 3Com Internet firewall, and OpenBSD firewall solution.· Consulted and developed Enterprise Information and Data Policy for company.
