Responsible for servicing all H&M stores in both Great Britain & Ireland with any non-commercial goods enquiries they have.This includes;• Excellent communicative skills to answer their queries by telephone and email• Keeping stock of over 150 items and ordering additional buffer stock of these• Analysing their usage and creating data to show trends and predicted time frames for stock to last• Direct communication with suppliers to maximise our costs and prices we pay for bulk orders• Processing of invoices made against the items I place orders for with both internal and external suppliersThis role is ever changing and requires me to be reactive to business decisions and market trends to maintain a seamless and excellent service level to all of our retail stores and logistics buildings.
