As a Resident Services Coordinator at Project Access, I work with community residents to provide them with resources, referrals, and services that enhance their quality of life and well-being. I have a BA in Africana Studies and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I developed a passion for social justice and community engagement and am currently pursuing my MA in Public Administration. I have over 7 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including managing programs at Neighborhood Hope and running a community resource center at Project Access. I have honed my skills in community building, partnership development, fund development, and program development and evaluation. My core competencies are compassion, collaboration, and communication. My goal is to help others pursue the highest version of themselves.
