As Product Director, I oversaw delivery for multiple products and global applications, supporting over 40 affiliated businesses and comprising 75% in company revenue. This included responsibility for complete roadmap of product suite, product vision and strategy, and administration of an over $2M budget. I assembled and managed teams of application developers, including up to 40 direct and indirect reports and offshore resources, for whom I established and monitored Objectives and Key Results. A notable achievement for this role was the implementation of a series of operational improvement objectives for product teams which streamlined the workflow. I also consistently achieved excellent Net Promoter Scores from affiliate feedback.

I delivered product features and improvements through rapid iterations, holding regular ceremonies with development and product teams and creating and implementing a set of strategies for operational efficiency. My responsibilities also included documentation of both product and release information. This application served over 30 clients and was a primary revenue stream for the company.

As Product Manager, I played a key role in the development of a marketing application tool for this startup, growing from one client to fifteen within five years. I managed the full product lifecycle and produced several innovative product features that opened up additional revenue streams, including a telesales tool for contacting leads. I evangelized this tool, gaining acceptance among several organizations. During this time, this company was purchased by 14 West and I facilitated the transition after acquisition.

In this position, I produced online marketing strategies and paid search campaigns using a variety of search engines and social media. I employed an array of strategies to fully leverage website metrics. This included collaborating across departments to optimize content. I billed and audited monthly paid search invoices totaling $400K and maintained consistent pay-per-click and organic listing placement for high-value keywords. My responsibilities included reporting progress and results to senior management. Some innovations that I made in this role were proprietary reporting tools using data from multiple 3rd party analytics tools, as well as custom Excel reporting workbooks for use by the sales force.
