Our primary work with insurance carriers is providing consulting services for HNW content claims, however our claims experience allows us to provide unique insight into the challenges facing the underwriting, marketing, risk management, and recovery departments at companies focusing on the HNW market.Tom has successfully completed USPAP studies with the Appraisers Association of America. He is very interested and well-versed in the conservation methodology of art and antiques as well as forensic sciences, which jointly prove very useful in making damage determinations.He has built a reputation on objectivity and accepts assignments as the impartial umpire in the appraisal process to resolve disputed claims.

Following the merger of Comprehensive Inventory Service (CIS) with Enservio in 2008, CIS was renamed Enservio Select and became Enservio's HNW Division. Tom served as the President of Enservio Select until the completion of his 4-year merger commitment. He then stepped down as President of Select in 2012 to launch Contents Consulting.

Tom has 40+ years of insurance claims experience with 20+ of those years spent as an independent adjuster. He has experience in all lines of insurance but specialized in large loss property as a general adjuster. His adjusting career included founding a successful and highly regarded independent adjustment firm in New England, which remains in operation to this day.
