My practice focuses on business, real property, construction, corporate and employment consulting and litigation, including "business divorce" disputes among owners of closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. I believe in providing our clients with practical advice and cost-effective legal services, in both disputes that arise in the normal course of business and in disputes over significant monetary claims or matters critical to a client's success.
