I work very closely with the customer to ensure freight is routed properly within the requested windows. Communicates in-house giving direction on when the orders will need to be processed and palletized and also ensuring we have the product needed to fulfill the orders . Communicates and works very closely with management advising on where we are with our orders ( project and replenishment ). Also manually completing all necessary paperwork to ship HAZMAT (Helium Tanks) from our sister warehouse. Show less

Currently as a shipping clerk for Walmart I update the outbound schedule multiple times daily ensuring carton count is updated, scheduling pickups, and making BOL’S . Any projects we ship from sister warehouses I make the the BOL’S and get all necessary paperwork needed to ensure the shipment is ready at the time of pickup. Also filling in for the Account Specialist when needed.
