Management of Sub-Contract accounts inclusive of monthly valuations, issuing notices, instructing and agreeing change, commercial meetings, reviewing claim submissions and preparation and agreement of final accounts. Project reporting including CVR, internal and external cash flow forecasts, CTC and cost reports. Contract administration including completion of the monthly Sub-Contract tracking log, issuing and execution of warranties, bonds and guarantees. Claims - Insurance, EOT, Loss and/or Expense.Communication SkillsI have experience across a number of different sectors which has enabled me to become an effective communicator. I am able to speak to clients in a professional and polite manner, whether it is in person, over the phone or via e-mail. This has been gained by chairing procurement, negotiation and final account meetings etc within all levels of an organisation up to Director level.Management/Teamwork SkillsMy management experience includes commercially managing sections of work within a project for example the substructure in my most recent project. This included managing my own work packages which make up the overall substructure but also other commercial managers who have work packages which are included in the substructure. This meant managing other commercial staff and delegating tasks to complete to feed into an overall commercial report that I was producing. I have also been a line manager and mentor to a number of employees on the projects I have worked on and provided commercial advice to project members.
