Senior Teams Administrator for the network security company Mandiant. I manage the global Teams deployment in a 24/7 environment. We support all Teams services and functionalities to our users: IM and presence, online meetings, Enterprise Voice and collaboration.I also managed the corporate rollout of Microsoft Teams, and the migration from Skype for Business. Awarded the CIO Award for work done during our headquarters relocation project for the 4th quarter, 2017.

As part of the Skype Experience Validation Team, I worked with engineers, product managers and developers, to address customer needs and requirements by designing and testing requested scenarios and topologies.I worked extensively with Skype for Business and Exchange, both on-premises and online, designing and implementing every possible configuration and topology that is and can be supported by Microsoft.

My responsibilities included researching, designing and deploying customer IT solutions, specializing in Microsoft products, including Skype for Business, Lync Server and Exchange Server. I would also advise and implement infrastructure technology at all levels; networking, messaging, communications and virtualization. Architected, deployed and supported Lync at various organizations, such as a local professional baseball team, a large metropolitan school district and other small and medium clients.Worked closely with Microsoft and its Product Managers creating learning content for every version of Office Communications Server and Lync Server, as well as Exchange Server 2007, 2010 and 2013.Created numerous Microsoft technical courseware for Microsoft and other entities. Conducted numerous technical training classes for Lync and Exchange at various sites around the United States. Proctored many Microsoft sponsored and Microsoft centric conferences, such as Lync Conference, Exchange Connections, Ignite, TechReady, Interact, etc.
