The most important engagement that I worked on:International Consumer Product Manufacturer – SAP Finance Lead I was a member of the global implementation team in defining and designing the global solution template in Geneva, Switzerland. I built/configured prototypes to demonstrate the finance functionalities of the global template. Subsequently, I was instrumental in initiating the pilot project in Turkey, leading the Finance function. Later on, I was part of the implementation team in St Petersburg, focusing on configuring and implementing the finance sub-ledgers (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Fixed Assets) and integration with product costing). Finally, I was appointed as the SAP Finance Lead for Eastern Europe, Greece and Africa, as part of the implementation team based in Trier, Germany. My role consisted of project planning, team leading, technical trouble shooting, coaching of junior consultants, knowledge transfer to client, management of the implementation of finance solution into the assigned geographies.
