This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise, train, and support a dynamic customer service team.Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Supervision: • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of customer service agents to meet performance and service standards. • Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure coverage across operational shifts. • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Customer Service Excellence: • Resolve passenger inquiries, concerns, or escalations efficiently and professionally. • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining Unifi and airline-specific service standards. • Act as the main point of contact between the airline and the customer service team. • Operational Oversight: • Oversee check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and other passenger service functions. • Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and operational policies and procedures. • Collaborate with airport and airline representatives to address operational challenges. • Training & Development: • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires. • Keep the team updated on procedural changes, regulatory requirements, and service improvements. • Reporting & Documentation: • Prepare and submit daily performance reports to management. • Document incidents, passenger feedback, and operational irregularities.
