During the first half of 2023, while pursuing a double degree in Biotechnology/Biomedical Science at RMIT, I was involved in a Food Science research project at the Bundoora campus, under the guidance of Dr. Mahsa Majzoobi, who holds the position of Vice Chancellor's Senior Research Fellow. The project focused on high fibre gluten-free bread. My contributions included assisting Dr. Mahsa Majzoobi in preparing the materials for the research, measuring parameters such as the bread's color and hardness, and engaging in discussions about the experimental results. Additionally, I was involved in the presentation and publication of the report on our findings.

Assisted Master's students majoring in Public Health at Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan with a research project on "The Connection between Drugs for Alleviating Symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease and the Arteriosclerotic Symptoms of Patients". This involved breeding experimental subjects (mice), participating in project discussions, and observing the behavioral studies of the mice.
