My unique Independent Think-tank Consultancy in Change & Brand Management Advisory Services 2020/21 marks a new decade of significant challenges among global pandemic risk management and geopolitical relationships. These changes are dynamic and destructive , posing unprecedented challenges and uncertainties to corporate businesses, and personal lives. These necessitated social and economic adjustments to transition into a post-Covid environment, affecting all Australians Private and governmental groups on both local and global contexts. In the last decades of changes, I have gained hands-on global brand management experience, and took part in ‘boots on the ground’ team executions in dealing with different US and European countries & management cultures. These included the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, the United States and Brazil. Of particular note was spear heading establishment and implementation of China’s emerging local and expanding markets from 1998, where I witnessed firsthand China’s development from infancy to developmental stage, until the mid-income market segments maturing in recent years. I have overcome a plethora of management challenges going through these turbulent times ; from the formation of the EU, Asia’s financial crisis, SARS and the 2008 GFC. I have also eye-witnessed the exponential growth in cities of Hong Kong/ Macau, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou. My experience accumulated with the then Asian four dragons market through personal interactions with teams from Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, and also Japan, India and Indonesia.  I participated actively both in board rooms and actual markets/ and shop floors to work with multicultural personalities to understand well the pros & cons of a decentralised or centralised management benefits and application viability through people’s behaviour and norms in different stages. ACUMEN & SKILLS - Entrepreneurial spirit in multiple brand differentiation management to sustain P&L success via change initiatives in International Business Strategy and project management.- Believer in rational problem analysis and shrewd integrated decision-making process of all factors of influence.- Proactive Interpersonal Skills with a diversity of demographic interest groups globally.- Sensitive to knowledge of financial, multiple jurisdictions and regulatory compliance systems in public companies (plc).- Leadership team building ability with pragmatic experience in multiple countries and cities.- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
