Performed development of the service unit level OV-2 Operational Node Connectivity diagram, the OV-5 Activity Diagram, and the SV-2 Systems Communications Description future state. Supported En Route and Oceanic Program Operations in the development of Arrival Interval Management (GIM-S/FIMS).Served as enterprise architect on an FAA acquision effort which performed an acquisition cycle to award a contract to replace the current collection of systems with a services-oriented architecture. Develop and maintain current and future state enterprise architecture models using DoDAF to support the acquisition cycle and investment analysis. Analyze business processes and their implementation by existing systems in order to elicit requirements for modernization. Identify, analyze, define, validate, and prioritize requirements.

Gathered architecture subject matter data, architecture modeling requirements, and documented customer business scenarios. Produced DoDAF models AV- 1 Architecture Overview and Summary, AV-2 Integrated Dictionary, OV-2 Operational Node Connectivity Diagram, OV-5 Operational Activity Diagram, OV-4 Organizational Relationships Chart, SV-1 Systems Interface Description, SV-6 System Data Exchange Matrix. Analyzed requirements for the implementation of a content management solution to replace Windows shared drives. Designed metadata and identified taxonomies. Tested the Oracle UCM instance, configured check-in and search pages, performed production deployment and troubleshooting.
