My current role sees me undertaking carbon accounting and Life Cycle Assessments for businesses and products across a range of industries. This work has seen me undertake audits and generate reports utilising national and international datasets to determine the carbon emissions of business practices or products. These analyses are provided in comprehensive and digestible reports to clients recognising both the environmental and corporate contexts.I have recently completed a Masters of Engineering Science (Sustainable Systems) with a High Distinction average. In my final year, I authored a thesis titled "A triple bottom line assessment of the Australian coal mining industry and its future." For which I received a High Distinction result. Throughout the degree, I have become experienced in environmentally extended input-output analysis, carbon/ecological/material footprint assessments, material flow analysis, life-cycle assessments, circular economic principles and thinking, UN Sustainability Development Goals and Science-Based Targets, designing a micro-grid, multi-criteria decision-making analyses. I have also become familiar with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, NABERS, Envision, ISCA, and B Corp. My experience working as a traffic engineer has made me an accomplished technical consultant with extensive experience in complex education, health, residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments. I have significant experience with sustainable transport principles and am knowledgeable of planning processes, having delivered numerous projects from pre-planning to occupation. Working in multi-disciplinary teams has made me an effective communicator both internally and with external stakeholders, including clients and communities, and developed skills in mobilising and leading teams.
