Promotion with the assignment to merge two businessunits in Uppsala, Atrium Ljungberg's second largest market. Commercial and operational responsibility for the company's portfolio in Uppsala, including Forumkvarteret and Mejeriet in the central parts of the city as well as Gränbystaden, one of Sweden's Top 5 retailvenues with a total retail turnover of over SEK 3,55 billion (2023).Managing a professional team of 14 dedicated members and a property portfolio of approx 125 000 sqm lettable space - retail, office and residential - producing a yearly revenue of SEK 385 million and valued at SEK 5,6 billion (2023).

Commercial and operational responsibility for Farsta Centrum, a total of 115 000 sqm lettable space and Stockholm's leading retail-venue on the southside of the city. Managed a team of twelve on a mission to develop a legendary shopping centre into a vibrant, urban venue of relevant retail, modern food & beverage, healthcare and other services as well as a significant office portfolio.Increased yearly footfall up to 18,0 million in 2017 (13,7 in 2010) and a total retail turnover of just over SEK 2,5 billion in 2018 (SEK 1,9 billion in 2010). Involved in managing the building of an additional 3 900 sqm retail space including premises for a major grocery unit, an investment of just over SEK 150 million and premiered in 2014. Identified and initiated project to develop a total of 10 000 sqm, including the transformation of 1 500 sqm previous dead space, into prime area for groceries, services and food & beverage. An investment of SEK 35 million and premiered in 2015.Increased total revenues by +65% up to just under SEK 310 million in 2019. Property divested in 2020 at SEK 4,0 billion, giving an increase in the properties value of approx +75% since 2010.

Full responsibility for company-owned retail stores as well as advisory function for franchise and concession partners. Established central retail function, including lead in design/sourcing/production of award-winning (NCSC Sweden Awards) new store concept, and grew business from SEK 45 million to SEK 102 million.

Trusted by the Board of Boomerang to act as CEO for the company’s Retail as well as Wholesale business while awaiting the arrival of new and permanent CEO.

Commercial and operational responsibility for Stockholm Quality Outlet. Added know-how within retailing and brandbuilding to property investor. Turnaround accomplishment. Increased total turnover (+15%) and footfall (+15%) scoring new all time high sales records for an individual week, month as well as full year, including new sales records for each individual month of the year. Decreased vacancy from 25% to 10%.

Full responsibility for Mexx’ own retail units in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland with a turnover in 2002 of EUR 11,5 million.

Overall strategic and operational responsibility for Peak Performance’s five own retail markets with a turnover in 1999 of SEK 90 million.
