I am currently working with the Managing Director of a Sales Agency to move 400 businesses from across the west of England onto a CRM system, so that we can improve the efficiency and speed of booking appointments and handling queries in order to increase sales.I will also be providing longterm support:- Managing the Managing Directors' diary- Arranging 10+ in-person appointments per week and the travel arrangements/itinerary- Becoming point of contact for customer service- Processing sales orders and liaising with vendors- Creating a newsletter for clients- Updating records on the CRM system

Project Manager (On-Going)

For this project, I support Principal Investigator, Dr Laura Kudrna in the day-to-day management of the WHISPAs Study. The study, based at the University of Birmingham, works alongside 6 university partners from across the UK as well as the international advisory board.For this project, I have:- Provided PA support to Dr Laura Kudrna- Designed and developed the WHISPAs study website (www.whispas.co.uk)- Managed the Research Assistant and suppliers- Managed the project budget and expenditure- Managed the contracts and invoicing process with the university research support team- Managed the webinar programme (6 webinars)- Oversaw deadlines and key milestones for the team- Managed our Patient and public involvement and engagement members (17), including arranging meetings, travel, accommodation, events and the payments process.I'm delighted that I am able to continue providing project management support to the PI for various projects.
