I fix a number of issues to get businesses and customers HVAC systems back online in the hot Florida weather. I am able to calm people down to reassure that I am able to get them back and running quickly and efficiently. I was also tasked with selling systems and products that I talked about with both businesses and customers but my overall goal was to make them both happy and satisfied about the product or products.

Another part of my job was measuring customers in order to find both their shirt and pants sizes. Made sure air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini splits and boilers were running to their optimum efficiency by following a very detailed maintenance checklist. I diagnosed and fixed condenser/evaporator fans, compressors, coils and capacitors. Worked to enhance the customers home by myself installing whole house air cleaners, surge protectors, new outside service fuse boxes and dampers. Cleaned squirrel cage fans, condenser/evaporator coils and anything else that looked like it needed cleaning. I also offered customers other enhancements and services offered by our C.O.

Politely asked customers their order while smiling and giving proper change. I also lifted/moved the new inventory in around the restaurant and also moved the machinery as well. I helped to maintain a clean area by washing the dishes, sweeping and wiping down surfaces. In all the while I was cooking the food items at the same time I made sure that it was cooked properly and correctly.

Helped customers to understand the menu and took detailed orders of customers preferences. Quickly made drinks and shuffled the orders out to the customers. Took remaining shifts if waiters were not able to make it to their jobs that day. Helped to clean and move tables when the restaurant was not so busy. Introduced a new idea to my manager on creating a written score sheet at the checker table to help bring back customers and create a more fun environment which he approved.

I led all aquatics programs and responsibilities when the main director was gone. As well I micromanaged the aquatic counselors to insure they were and are performing their jobs accordingly every day. Leading teams was also part of my job to perform carpentry and maintenance projects. I also lead teams to complete such tasks as cleaning campgrounds, bathrooms and setting up tents/tarps around the campsite. I assisted adult leaders by dealing with concerns and in providing positive and a safe environment for the Scouts. Prepared weekly rosters and reports as was required.
