Manage day to day physical security duties, supervise security personnel at Iridium Az facilities, administer company-wide access control system, research, develop & implement policies/procedures relevant to security, perform fraud investigations as needed, provide call intercept assistance to law enforcement, provide case assistance to law enforcement agencies in criminal investigations, provide training to law enforcement agents/officers in the unique operations of satellite telephony, provide & review company requirements for call intercept equipment capabilities, oversee the maintenance of call intercept equipment, & perform duties of Custodian of Records for Iridium.

Planned, surveyed, installed, maintained and removed covert audio, video, vehicle tracking and telephonic intercept equipment. Fabricated custom enclosures for equipment, developed procedures for implementation of technical operations; maintained working relationships with utility companies, other law enforcement agencies and vendors of law enforcement products. Developed and performed training of entry-level technicians in technical operations as well as provided instruction to newer members of Arizona Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division. Duties included budget management, project management, equipment repair/testing, procurement, and personnel management.

In addition to general military duties such firearms training, physical fitness training and tactical training, I supervised as many as 20 Marines in an aviation electronics repair facility. These duties included manpower management, shift assignments, duty assignments, technical training, production control, inventory control, and electronic repair.
