The Givit Youth Recovery Service
- The GlVIT is an intensive support service for young people aged 13-25yrs, living in South Lanarkshire with problematic alcohol and or substance use. We can provide support athome, in the community or suitable places.
- ONE TO ONE SUPPORTOur Youth Navigators will develop a clear pathway into treatment and recovery initiatives using a person centred approach.
- CBT COUNSELLINGOur qualified CBT Counsellors can be accessed quickly within our service. They provide participants with the most appropriate therapeutic support at the right times.
- YOUTH RECOVERY COMMUNITYWe have open & inclusive spaces where young people can be supported on their recovery journeys to socialise, participate in groupwork, volunteer and learn new skills.
- PEER MENTORINGOur young people with lived experience will share their knowledge and support with their peers giving insight and reassuring participants they are not alone.
