Part of the Performance Insights Team, I am responsible for delivering insights on Commercial Products for Stakeholders. I specifically deal with Product Lending and the Bank's COVID Products. In this role I work with a range of systems including Tableau, Python, Teradata and Hadoop.

My main responsibility was to assist clients in completing their Packaging returns in order to comply with the UK's Packaging Regulations. I was account manager for 120 accounts and carried out further data management consultancy work for several multimillion pound companies, such as the Timpson Group. The majority of this work was done through Microsoft Excel. A major part of this role involved calling customers and educating them on their responsibilities, this allowed me to work with a range of professionals, including company directors.
