Assigned to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) expansion project. This project consists of upgrading Control Systems to include: replacement of equipment at three existing pump stations, a marine terminal, a tank farm in Russian as well as 2 existing pump stations in Kazakhstan. • Design the Network Architectural Drawings for the five existing Pump Stations, Shore Facility, and Tank Farm upgrades.• Develop logic drawings from P&IDs, Control System Philosophies and Algorithms supplied by the Design Institutes.• Develop and update technical documentation to include Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documents, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documents, Operations and Maintenance Manuals. • Develop PLC ladder logic from templates using RSLogix 5000 software.• Maintain a current list of all drawings, documents, and status reports.• Assist in FAT of CPC pump stations.• Participate in squad checks and back checks.
