Graduated from the leading research institute on tourism and hospitality industry in Europe as a Master of Science, combined with two Bachelor degrees on Linguistics and Marketing, my education background endows me the ability to take every possibilities into consideration and make sound decisions, and share my thoughts in a persuasive manner.My encounters with tourism and hospitality industry enhance my core competency. A large part of tourism value chain has been experienced.Since 2008, I have go through visitor attractions, river cruise lines, OTAs, destination agencies, inbound operators and hotels (direct operated and franchised). Additionally, the knowledge on destination based tourism entity (including hotel, visitor attraction and destination level commercial complex) investment and pre-opening process has been acquired via the experience in Jones Lang LaSalle and Hotel Solution, the leading consultancy company in the World and in China Mainland respectively. Consequently, the interrelations between and amongst them has been acquired, which endows me a broad view on this industry rather a limited scope in certain part of the value chain.
