My role in the visual standards team was redeployed as the role was made redundant. I was moved onto the visual concepts team as a visual stylist. I currently oversee menswear fashion and homeware.Here I am developing my creative work to implement and bring to life my own conceptual spaces, establish visual dna and improve retail spaces across the Liberty department store.At present I am honing my creativity and developing my technical skills to use 3d design rendering software to design and create window campaigns for Liberty.● Interfaced with key stakeholders in buying, merchandising and retail to devise and implement visual strategy for men's fashion and homeware in accordance to buys.● Managed floor layouts of both men's fashion and homeware divisions with regular review in response to sales analysis and commercial opportunity.● Managed styling mannequins in response to commercial opportunity, seasonality and trend.● Managed end to end, soft refurb of men's fashion and homeware divisions. Choosing colours, fixtures and props.● Project managed internal and freelance teams to refresh divisions on regular basis.● Interfaced with visual concepts manger to design liberty brand window schemes.● Managed end to end visualisation, production and installation.● Use of SketchUp and Vray software to visualise window concepts,in-store activations and fixtures.● Interfaced with events and marketing and wider visual conceptsteam to style in-store areas for events and activations.
