A leader in Catholic evangelization and parish renewal, I am passionate about driving pastors and their leadership teams toward mission-oriented transformation. I seek to uncover the essential spiritual needs in a given community and then to provide a platform for creating the conditions that allow evangelization to take root, rebuilding a thriving Catholic culture from the ground up.My unique combination of experience serving the Church at the archdiocesan level, teaching several subjects in Catholic and public classrooms, and hitting the pavement in a regional sales role--not to mention five years of immersion in seminary life--have prepared me well for this moment. In the last eight years, I have learned many lessons both about the needs for parish renewal, and about the pitfalls that will stop it before it starts. I bring to the table the ability to listen carefully to priests and their lay leaders and to propose ways forward that keep in mind the fullness of what Christ and his Church call us to, and work with God's grace to bring all his faithful to full stature in Christ.
