IHMA specialize in infectious disease and offer a creative and comprehensive menu of products and services to companies developing and marketing antimicrobial agents or antimicrobial susceptibility testing. As such this role entails directing multifaceted pharmaceutical surveillance and clinical studies.Responsibilities include:• Creating detailed work plan which identifies the activities needed to successfully complete the defined project• Creating contracts, forms, protocols and other documentation.• Determining resources (time, budget, equipment, staff) required to complete the project• Developing a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates all resources• Reviewing the project schedule with department heads whose resources will be affected by revisions or changes• Determining objectives and measuresants to evaluate progress• Working with other departments heads to allocate staff and resources to ensure deadlines are met• Seingt up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis• Responsible for all outcomes on all assigned projects• Write reports on the project for management and for sponsors• Analyzes data received from project and creates data cuts for publication team• Authors reports, papers abstracts, and manuscripts with publication teams for clients as well as scientific conferences.• Attends scientific conferences and lectures to stay current in field as well as represent company• Acts as face of Company for all client Points of contacts

• Responsible for logging in, tests and reporting patient specimens for the office• Performs quality control and proficiency testing on all ELISA (enzyme-linked-immunosorbent assay) test kits.• Prepares for and participate in all state inspections of our facility.• Responsible for updating and adhering to the company’s Quality Assurance Policy• Updates, orders, and tracks all materials for laboratory inventory • Writes and updates needed CLIA documentation

• Responsible for the staff that logs in, tests and reports patient specimens for hospitals and physicians offices.• Performs quality control and proficiency testing on all ELISA (enzyme-linked-immunosorbent assay) test kits.• Prepares for and participate in all state/federal inspections of our facility.• Installs clients’ laboratories including state and federal paperwork • Performs onsite training with both testing and administrative personal at client’s office. • Performs on/off site sales meetings and tends booths at national conferences.• Responsible for updating and adhering to the company’s Quality Assurance Policy• Updates, orders, and tracks all materials for laboratory inventory • Writes and updates needed CLIA/FDA documentation• Responsible for hiring/firing recommendations• Attends Continuing education programs on FDA regulations, manufacturing protocols and basic business seminars.• Troubleshoots product issues with clients and acts as primary customer relations contact.
