Manage an allocated budget from the WSCC grant programme to develop a targeted provision strategy and implement programmes that support the inclusion and engagement of a range of communities.- Identify new partners and potential delivery projects.- Develop and grow new business from government funded sources, either directly or via subcontract arrangements.- Identify and develop new venues for new provision to fulfil geographic areas where contract provision is targeted.
