Manage an allocated budget from the WSCC grant programme to develop a targeted provision strategy and implement programmes that support the inclusion and engagement of a range of communities.- Identify new partners and potential delivery projects.- Develop and grow new business from government funded sources, either directly or via subcontract arrangements.- Identify and develop new venues for new provision to fulfil geographic areas where contract provision is targeted. Take part in and respond to market research to establish what students would like to study and where and looks at emerging trends in learning and responds to this development.- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns and collateral to drive awareness with key stakeholders including WSCC, targeted learner groups and selected external communities.- Provide effective leadership that ensures new business and relationships achieve required results.
