I have worked in the Royal Navy for over several years as an Aircraft Electrical Supervisor. In my time I have developed a keen eye for detail and a great sense of team work to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues. Whilst working I also managed to improve on my Engineering, planning, organising, negotiating and decision making skills. My Leadership experiences have helped me develop strong Military qualities which are vital when managing complex operations. With good IT literacy and excellent organisation skills this has given me the ability to multi task whilst working to tight deadlines and challenging targets
