Growing up on a farm, I developed a strong work ethic and resourceful problem-solving skills at a young age. Tending to daily projects taught me to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deal with unexpected challenges (sometimes literally getting into the weeds). Transitioning from rural to urban, I began to work in the Auto Collision Repair industry. While this industry was a rewarding career and strengthened my mechanical, project roadmapping, and quality assurance skills, I yearned to learn more and desired to learn something different. This led me to my lifelong interest in architecture and human-centered product design, where I developed an understanding of cross-functional teams and learned to integrate user needs into creative, sustainable solutions. Beyond the gravel roads of the farm, I've met people from all walks of life. These experiences have shaped my collaborative spirit and ability to understand issues from diverse perspectives. I thrive on finding innovative solutions to complex problems by gathering input from cross-functional teams. My analytical nature and creativity allow me to approach challenges in new and unique ways. I'm excited by the prospect of working with talented people who share my passion for developing ideas that improve lives. If this resonates with you, I'd love to discuss how my background and capabilities can contribute to the team. I'm a native Nebraskan searching for new opportunities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
