Outlining project requirements, defining final product and delegating tasks to team members2. Monitoring progress and making adjustments according to Agile methodologies.3. Running weekly meeting monitoring progress, identifying barriers as well as developing backend and frontend. 4. Setting up infrastructure in the cloud (AWS)5. Setting up CI/CD pipelines.6. Researching the market, outlining business angle and presenting the final product.
