In the treasury manager role, I am responsible for managing a treasury team of one treasury analyst with cash management of ~$1.5B annual customer receipts and ~$300MM of free cash flows. The role manages the debt stack of Black Knight, including $1.0B revolving credit facility commitment, $1.0B unsecured senior notes, $750MM notional interest rate swaps, and the related debt covenant compliance.I also forecast short term cash flows to ensure timely payments and to minimize net interest expense as well as budget and forecast a one year cash flow model based on forecasted performance and future expected change in balance sheet accounts. The forecast includes annual net interest expense of ~$120MM and ~$0.6M of bank fee expenses. Through review and analysis of our bank fees, we identified $30K of overbillings and $20K of annual billings for unneeded services.I am also focused on reducing risk and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our department by utilizing existing functionalities within our bank portals to reduce reliance on bank customer service. Additionally, I developed methods to leverage processes within Workday to reduce manual processing of bank account activity to the general ledger.Lastly, I provided disclosures and footnotes on SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K for long-term debt, fair value measurements, liquidity and capital resources, and the consolidated statement of cash flows, and work with internal and external auditors for SOX and operational audit-related matters.

I managed team of four accountants for the corporate segment and shared services expenses of Black Knight. In this role, I established new processes for lease accounting as well as payroll and benefits accounting, as well as provided analysis and reporting for internal corporate directors.During this role, we implemented the Workday AIS/ERP system and I was the functional lead for accounting module during the implementation project. I improved visibility of the general ledger by restructuring accounts to focus on material balances and created rules and conditions in Workday to enforce integrity between general ledger accounting and financial reporting. After implementation, I partnered with the financial systems team to identify and utilize newly released Workday functionality and to leverage existing functionality to enhance reporting and increase efficiencyQuarterly, I reported on related party transactions for SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q as well as generated the quarterly CFO presentation to the board of directors.

In the accounting supervisor role, I was responsible for general ledger accounting for Corporate segment cost centers as well as budgeting and forecasting for the Corporate segment and payroll and benefit expenses company wide. I reviewed the accounting treatment for operating lease contracts under ASC840 and analyzed expense trends and provides variance explanations. Worked with offshore accounting staff to forecast international divisional expenses and to identify and transition accounting processes to offshore resources. Tasked with correcting legal entity balance sheets and developing framework for legal entity accounting. Owned several key SOX controls and ensures controls are present and functioning. Assists in preparing audited financial statements and required footnotes. Managed one financial analyst and staff accountant and reviewed balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsible for working with Corporate segment executives to budget and forecast approximately $70M in gross operating expenses and $7M in capital expenditures. Analyzed expense trends and provided explanations on variances to prior results and to forecast. Provided internal reporting to management and assisted in preparing audited financial statements and related footnote disclosures.

Assisted the VP, Finance with generating quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures. Developed framework for related party billings and disclosure. Forecasted enterprises cash flows and provided internal management reporting.

Processed general ledger entries for the Corporate segment. Reconciled balance sheet accounts and researched and resolved reconciling items. Improved legal fee analysis and reporting.

Calculated purchasing and travel card rebates for the DoD and the GSA under the Smart Pay 2 Contract and for large market corporate clients. Analyzed rebate variances and provided explanations on changes. Reduced payment processing costs by partnering with DoD divisions on migrating to electronic payment methods. Developed process improvements to reduce processing times, mitigate risk, and eliminate paper record keeping.
