Starting at game i began learning Sales techniques and skills to develop and meet targets that was given to me, after i was trusted with keys to a high value contents cabinet and trusted with training new staff who were recruited, I learned and developed customer service skills and developed relationships with customers that helped me with my sales targets, i was trusted with cashing up tills and other duties such as E-mails to head office and communications with other stores.

Screen Outdoor is a company who owns and runs various outdoor screens around central London, the objective of the screens is to draw in crowds and get people to visit the bars located at the same site as the screens. During the Summer months, a number of sports and films are shown on the screens during the day and night, with paid for ads being run throughout the programmes. My role at the start of my employment was to look after one specific screen at a time and manually play ads at the right time during the day, this was a basic role which involved careful timing and sometimes care improvisation to make advertisers happy. I quickly grew out of that role and moved into a more advanced one, instead of overseeing just one screen in one specific location, I was now managing up to eight screens at a time all remotely, this was done on a PC using software called Teamviewer which gave me access to all our sites PC ‘s and allowed me to control them. Days consist of playing the right ads, making sure all screens are running properly and making sure we follow the daily schedule of content i myself would make up for the team. In the case of any technical difficulties i would have to travel to the site and fix a problem myself, whether this be a problem with the screen or the feed we show i would have to find a quick solution to keep people happy, as i grew into my role i started taking on more responsibilities, such as dealing with estate managers, advertisers and any complaints people may have had about the content, the most important part of the job was to drive sales at our bars and keep people entertained at our sites, this would often mean i would have to think on my feet and occasionally come up with ideas of my own to drive consumers to the bar.

I have come to the end of my Digital Marketing Apprenticeship where I have worked for a print based company; Blinky Media, where I was the main design employee at the workplace. Days at the job would consist of me creating designs on PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator and Indesign, I would deal with customers coming in or via email, giving me specifications to create designs for them from scratch, designs would include flyers, business cards, posters and booklets. Other actions would include going through the companies accounts, dealing with the companies receipts and charging customers for the work we have done for them, I deal with customer service problems everyday at the job, I would answer phones to customers offering them aid if they need it, chasing orders and working along side suppliers to delivery high standard products.Another key role I took on later at my time at Blinky media was sales, I became sales assistant and began conduction and dealing with sales of items that we provided, I would place and keep track of any orders that was placed in my workplace and made sure everything meet its required deadline and kept constant communication with our suppliers and clients.
