My current role as a sales assistant is to provide customer service. I am till trained and my daily tasking involves refilling stock levels and creating presentation of stock to promote sales.

As a loss prevention officer for HMV it was my responsibility to check on hand errors, sign goods in & out. I was to complete random searches on members of staff. To aim to deter & prevent shop lifting from the shop floor. To complete new release checks and box to bag checks. My role was also to carry out the health & safety checks monthly.

My job role for Elite Security was to patrol several sites between the Hungerford & Newbury area. I was responsible for the lock ups & unlocks of several premises. If an alarm was activated at another site it was to job to investigate.
