To maintain a consistent and timely work flow on all projects assigned, a positive approach to team projects and goals, a great attitude that promotes a great work environment for all. Manage work flow and deadlines with daily interaction with staff and clients. Assist in any and all jobs as needed, maintain working knowledge of all equipment, media and hardware. Develop/maintain/manage department reporting systems for success, workflow, and staffing. HR- post/research/Interview/Negotiate and hire candidates. Maintain finishing standards, educate and train.
