Over ten years with the military as a soldier and a civilian. Currently providing oversight over the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program since 2019. The TXARNG improved from a previous rating of five to a rating of zero during the last audit since taking over as the program’s manager. Responsible for over $100MM in credit across 15k accounts. With overseeing account reconciliations, the state received $100k in rebates for on time payments during FY23. With my leadership experience I’ve been able to train and manage a team of 140 that has seen a decrease of requests coming to our office that are able to be resolved at the lower level. The decrease in requests has resulted in being able to publish the TXARNG’s first Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for future analysts, How Tos for travelers and the creation and management of two Power BI reports.
