Hand-selected to implement and evaluate the IMSS and conducted a month-long evaluation of the system with a deploying air-medical unit, and special operations forces; resulting in significant changes to the system’s implementation prior to use in combat.• Senior Project Manager for a training event to certify a General officer (CEO equivalent) and his senior-staff comprised of executives from different nationalities for deployment to a combat environment. With two days to prepare, charged with and became responsible for the transportation, billeting, and job assignments of 9 employees for a month at a remote location. Organized the team from different departments with various non-medical & aviation occupations into an effective team. Certified the CEO level staff of over 500 personnel to relocate from Europe to Afghanistan and conduct combat operations. • Project Manager for a French-American training mission. Trained over 1,000 French troops in US Aviation operations for relocation to a combat zone. Coordinated with multiple government and non-government agencies to adhere to US and European civil aviation regulation. Project Manager for the first European Aeromedical exercise training over 225 personnel in aeromedical evacuation, and recertified 48 personnel in aviation operations & organizational medical protocols.

• Medical Evacuation Executive Director, providing evacuation services for the Zabul Province, more than 6,500 sq. miles, of Afghanistan. Executed 196 evacuations of more than 225 people, with a team of 23 people and over $40M worth of equipment.• As executive director, identified flaws in the patient transport and escalation of care model. Issues were briefed to the hospital commander (CEO equivalent) with a decision matrix, and plan was implemented. Results were an average reduction of patient transfer and wait times of 8 minutes, which contributed to an overall 98% survivability for all transported patients for the year.

Worked with Maintenance program managers to ensure safety inspections and evaluations were conducted on the airframe.
