Responsibilities included hiring, dismissal, reprimands, training, readiness, and personal/professional development. Lead the deactivation of the largest military heliport in Europe, safely recovering $10M worth of equipment.• Hand-picked to be the senior Project Manager for medical care and evacuation of the President of the United States while serving as the senior Aeromedical Evacuation officer in Europe. Planned and implemented covert evacuation care plans while liaising with the US Secret Service and European hospitals to remain compliant with US and international laws and foreign relations.• Senior Project Manager responsible for the transfer of $90M worth of aviation equipment from the European continent to the US as part of the US Army’s restructuring. Conducted the movement of 9 aircraft and related equipment ahead of schedule and with zero loss.

• Directly responsible for $60M in assets to include aviation petroleum oil's and liquids, tactical operations and aircraft maintenance equipment. Supervised 43 employees to include government contracted maintenance personnel and was the director for the companies international travel program for 119 personnel with an annual budget of over $1M with 100% regulatory compliance.• Managed the installation of the Interim MEDEVAC Mission Support System (IMSS) and external-mounted rescue hoist to six UH-60 aircraft. Hand-selected to implement and evaluate the IMSS and conducted a month-long evaluation of the system with a deploying air-medical unit, and special operations forces; resulting in significant changes to the system’s implementation prior to use in combat.• Senior Project Manager for a training event to certify a General officer (CEO equivalent) and his senior-staff comprised of executives from different nationalities for deployment to a combat environment. With two days to prepare, charged with and became responsible for the transportation, billeting, and job assignments of 9 employees for a month at a remote location. Organized the team from different departments with various non-medical & aviation occupations into an effective team. Certified the CEO level staff of over 500 personnel to relocate from Europe to Afghanistan and conduct combat operations. • Project Manager for a French-American training mission. Trained over 1,000 French troops in US Aviation operations for relocation to a combat zone. Coordinated with multiple government and non-government agencies to adhere to US and European civil aviation regulation. Project Manager for the first European Aeromedical exercise training over 225 personnel in aeromedical evacuation, and recertified 48 personnel in aviation operations & organizational medical protocols.

Zabul, Afghanistan

• Medical Evacuation Executive Director, providing evacuation services for the Zabul Province, more than 6,500 sq. miles, of Afghanistan. Executed 196 evacuations of more than 225 people, with a team of 23 people and over $40M worth of equipment.• As executive director, identified flaws in the patient transport and escalation of care model. Issues were briefed to the hospital commander (CEO equivalent) with a decision matrix, and plan was implemented. Results were an average reduction of patient transfer and wait times of 8 minutes, which contributed to an overall 98% survivability for all transported patients for the year.

• Directly Supervised 23 employees, and managed organizational property in excess of $50M. Executed an employee certification plan on a compressed timeline; certifying 23 people for deployment and integration into a larger, more diverse organization. • Project Manager for a UH-60 aircraft modification program. Modifications included installation and acceptance testing of: AN/AAR-57 Common Missile Warning System, ARN-157 TACAN radio receiver, AN-PSC5 Satellite Communication radios, installation of the SAFIRE II Forward looking infrared, and all supporting avionics, as well as upgrading the aircrafts’ power-plants to GE T701D engines. Project was successful and resulted in increased aircraft survivability in combat environments.

Comayagua, Honduras

• Medical Evacuation and Humanitarian Response coordinator for the only US military assets in Central and South America. Supervised 32 employees, while coordinating a maintenance program for $30M worth of assets, and managed organizational property in excess of $50M. • Project Manager tasked with post crash-rebuild of a UH-60 aircraft. Worked with Maintenance program managers to ensure safety inspections and evaluations were conducted on the airframe. Facilitated a Corpus Christi Army Depot team traveling to a remote location to conduct structural &sheet metal and avionics repairs, as well a full powertrain replacement. Resulted in the aircraft returning to full mission capability. • Served as project coordinator for the annual US-Costa Rican Medical Readiness Exercise. Developed and implemented a plan to transport medical personnel and equipment, as well as medicine, and other medical implements to more than 200 personnel.
