o Principle Software Engineer and Technical Lead for Symantec Endpoint Virtualization / Streaming Server product line.o Manage the customer relationship for all critical outage, bug and problem resolution situations related to product line. Be responsible and accountable for working with high profile customer to deliver timely high quality resolutions to problems. o Work with support and QA to troubleshoot, develop and deliver hot fixes and maintenance packs for Streaming Product Line.o Work with main line development team to design and modify architecture, code functionality and product deliverables to meet customer’s needs, enhance product supportability and quality.

o Lead Developer for key Novell enterprise related systems including Novell Customer Center, Novell Download and Novell Login.o Deliver system designs, configure systems and services, manage daily deliverables, deploy code, perform testing and work with team to maximize development efficiencies. o Act as mentor for other software engineers for the Java language, coding practices and development environments.o Establish relationships and partner with customers to professionally manage the business relationship.o Lead architect and designer for Novell enterprise web, and identity and security systems.o Create, plan, design and implement solution strategies and roadmaps for customer facing commerce, cloud, mobile, support, portal, identity, security and provisioning initiatives. o Design, prototype and develop software code necessary to support projects.o Provide leadership, guidance, direction and subject matter expertise to projects like Novell Customer Center, SAP CRM Identity and Security, Download.Novell.Com and other external and internal facing enterprise applications.o Take responsibility and accountability for high quality, demonstrable results, and lead team to follow through on commitments.o Collaborate, review, and approve project designs created by other teams.o Create architecture artifacts and documents used in opportunity develop, project development and end user training.o Evaluate and decide on emerging technologies for use in Novell environment.
