Working at Rusty Bucket has taught me how to collaborate with many different people in an inclusive environment, how to solve problems among guests and coworkers, and the importance of work ethic. As an Honors student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in business at Miami University, these capabilities have carried over and helped me establish lasting connections with mentors and peers. I look forward to further developing my skills and network.
