Acts as the primary point of contact on all routine order fulfillment tracking, reporting and works directly with CS and IS reps to convey both order progress and problem resolutions. Maintain inventory accuracy for specific parts and areas of the company on a daily basis by performing the following essential duties.Direct, coordinate and plan the warehouse storage and distribution of products.Oversee distribution center operations including supervision of shipping and receiving personnel.Assure the integrity of the inventory and assists in conducting cycle count, monthly and yearly physical inventory.Assists RDC Manager with continuous improvements in warehouse processes in order to maximize efficiency.Develop team environment through effective coaching, mentoring, training, and regular performance feedback.Prepare reports, recommendations and other analysis as necessary.Perform requested and routine cycle counts accurately by taking all variables into account. Analyze cycle count results for root cause and participate in finding solutions to eliminate root causes.Assist with the preparation, execution, and evalution of the annual physical inventory.
