Converted overall systems from manual to Electronic Data Interfacing using AS/400 & PC based software systems. Established new accounting and operational processes developed and effectively managed a sales infrastructure and a strong global-wide agent base. Direct and continually enhance aspects of operations and sales related to international exports and imports. Accountability for annual branch revenues, oversee/evaluate performances of Supervisors and support staff handling A/R, A/P, and ocean and air cargo. Conceived/piloted a value-added international sales professional exchange program which enhanced essential aspects of overall operations, 6/95. Founded 23 global agencies in 21 European and Asian countries for 11 USA offices, 11/94. Received International Transport Company of the year award.
