-Manage Social Media outlets for the promotion such as write press releases, update Facebook and Twitter Accounts-Set up interviews for fighters with newspapers, radio, TV, and websites- Schedule time & location for weigh-ins-Take care of all legal paperwork for the promotion in regards to the specific fighters at the event such as fighter bout contracts, tax forms, liability waivers, and medical forms-Set up equipment for event such as constructing the cage, set up of tables and chairs, and putting together the locker rooms for the fighters with mats, water and ice-During the event I coordinate the needs of the State Athletic Commission such as fighter meetings - Also I coordinate the needs of the promotion such as getting fighter walk-out music to the DJ, I handout gloves, tape and gauze to the fighters, I get the fighters to the correct dressing room- I coordinate the time schedule of the event. Arrange for each fighter to be ready and able to enter into the cage at the time they are scheduled-After the event I handout paychecks to the fighters. I am also a part of the cleanup crew where I takedown the cage and put up the tables and chairs* For Titan FC events I perform all of these duties plus I coordinate with the AXS TV crew. -I have the fighter’s interview with television crew, I have fighters fill out bio sheets for AXS TV, and I get the fighters that are needed to the film crew for extra shoots of them warming up or for pre & post fight interviews. Also, I have the fighters do any extra promotional work that is needed from AXS TV such as sign gloves or do radio or TV interviews.-I have managed events where the crowd has been up to six thousand people. I have done events outdoors and indoors. At Fort Riley Army base, Power & Light District, Union Station, Marriott Hotels, Memorial Hall, and on an Indian reservation in South Dakota.
