It Support Technician
CurrentDaily job duties included resolving help desk tickets, computer/laptop repair, deployment of correct applications for student iPads via JAMF, ensuring secure wiping and data erasure of decommissioned school district assets including iPads, desktop computers, Chromebooks and laptops, and Juniper network switches. Additional duties included assisting network specialist with optimizing and updating switch interface ranges to best utilize the model's features and leading a project for district wide network and asset documentation via NetBox.
